Finland à la carte -kirjan reseptit ja ruuat ovat kaikki paikallisten keittiömestareiden valmistamia suussa sulavia herkkuja. Kirjan ruuat, jotka ovat poikkeuksetta valmistettu lähiruuasta, on kuvattu paikan päällä ympäri Suomea. All the recipes and dishes in Finland à la carte are delicacies that have been prepared by local chefs. The dishes, all of which are made with local ingredients, were photographed on site around Finland. The book includes many familiar flavours, aromas and ideas, all of which should be sampled in their local area. In addition to recipes, the book presents Finland's culinary history and its beautiful scenery.
