Finnish Nightmares -sarjakuvat ovat olleet valtava menestys. Niitä on myyty Suomessa lähes 60 000 kappaletta, ja niiden käännösoikeudet on myyty Yhdysvaltoihin, Japaniin, Etelä-Koreaan, Viroon ja Kiinaan. Kirjojen Matti-hahmo on tuonut kiinan kieleen jopa uuden sanan jingfen, joka tarkoittaa "henkisesti suomalaista".
