Vuosina 2005 - 2011 Luvian vuosisataissen merenkulun historiaan kirjoitettiin uusi lehti. Vanhoja perinteitä noudattaen rakennettii kaljaasi Ihana.
Laivan rakentaminen ja suunnittelu on dokumentoitu tulevia sukupolvia varten. Tästä ainesitosta on syntynyt "Kaljaasi Ihana" niminen kirja, jonka kansien väliin on tallennettu laivan syntyvaiheet kuvin ja tekstein.
Lähde mukaan seuraamaan vaihe vaiheelta, miten tämä 43 000 tuntia vaatinut unelma toteutui.
