Tocca for violin and harp
What are the various ways to touch upon the strings of violin and harp, if the musicians are equipped - in addition to fingertips and the bow - with a sheet of paper? Lotta Wennäkoski's good-humoured Tocca (2019, rev. 2020) for violin and harp strolls through the journey, listening to the colours created by various ways of touching. The title Tocca (Touch! in Italian) hints also towards a little bit of foolishness.
